Steiger Organizational Support Roles

Steiger is a worldwide mission organization that is called to reach and disciple the Global Youth Culture for Jesus.

Steiger raises up missionaries and equips the local church to proclaim the message of Jesus in the language of the Global Youth Culture and establishes long-term teams in cities through ongoing outreach, discipleship, and local church partnership. In order to support our front-line missionaries, Steiger is seeking to fill the following organizational support roles. If you are interested in our front-line missionary roles (evangelism, discipleship and training), the first step is attend the Steiger Missions School.
IMPORTANT! Please note that these are missionary roles, which means that they require personal fundraising, as is our policy for all our missionaries. Steiger will provide training, resources (marketing materials, online donation page, back office support, etc.) and coaching to help you become fully funded.

Steiger Missions School (SMS) Operations Manager

Location: Minimum 8 months of the year in Krögis, Germany (March - October)
Description: Support the SMS Director in the accomplishment of the school’s mission. Oversee the administrative responsibilities and management of staff, so that the Director can focus on the other aspects of the ministry—spiritual leadership, pastoring, and teaching.

“Next Steps” Director

Location: Within one day’s driving distance of the Steiger International Center in Krögis, Germany
Description: Guide the process of discerning, preparing, and placing Steiger Missions School students in the right role on the right team at the right time in order to achieve Steiger’s mission throughout the world.

International Human Resource Director

Location: Minnesota, USA or within one-day driving distance of Steiger International Center in Krögis, Germany
Description: Provide support and resources to ensure Steiger has and retains sufficient, healthy workers to meet the ongoing vision and plans of the mission. This director is responsible for the development and execution of policies, systems, and processes that enable the fulfilment of this vision.

No Longer Music Tour Planning Director

Location: Wroclaw (Poland) preferred, Minnesota, USA or within one day’s driving distance of Steiger International Center in Krögis, Germany.
Description: Work with NLM leadership, Steiger partners, and others to organize effective No Longer Music tours throughout the world. This role involves schedule planning, logistics, financial management, and providing support to Steiger partners and team members connected with NLM tours.

Steiger International Center Operations Manager

Location: Steiger International Center - Krögis, Germany
Description: The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the Steiger International Center facility in Krögis, Germany. Their primary goal is to support the Steiger Missions School through the maintenance of a well-operated, clean, economically viable and efficient facility.

Steiger International Center Hospitality Manager

Location: Steiger International Center - Krögis, Germany
Description: The Hospitality Manager is responsible for providing clean, efficient, and economically viable accommodation and food services to students, visitors, and others at the Steiger International Center facility. Their primary goal is to support participants of the Steiger Missions School and to address the hospitality requirements of the SMS Operations Manager. This is initially a six-month role (mid-April through mid-October) with a two-year commitment.
