Krögis, Germany
Every year, Steiger hosts the Steiger Missions School (SMS) in Krögis, Germany. Over 100 passionate and dynamic young believers gather for 7 weeks to seek God and get trained to reach the Global Youth Culture.
Together, they live out a weekly rhythm of intense contemplative times of prayer and worship, deep reflective studies including lectures given by frontline missionaries from all over the world, and powerful engaging actions where they participate in music and artistic events and reach out to the local youth scene in nearby European cities.
This year, we are inviting any young adult (18-29 years old) who feels a desire to seek God on a new level and have their heart broken for the unreached youth of today to come to the SMS for one week! Be a part of this unique opportunity to unhook, seek God, and learn to connect with the Global Youth Culture alongside other radical Jesus followers at the SMS!
What to expect:
- Arrive in Krögis, Germany on August 5, 2024
- Stay at Steiger’s International Center in individual tents outside
- Join in all SMS program activities and lectures from frontline missionaries who understand how to reach the Global Youth Culture
- Observe a complete media and internet fast
- Go to Dresden for street action
- Participate in a Seeking God day
- Take Saturday August 11 to explore Meissen or Dresden
- Depart from Krögis, Germany on August 12, 2024
Trip Cost:
The total cost for the Impact Trip is $600. This includes food, costs for the SMS programming, and accommodation (tents). It does not include any travel expenses to and from your home country/city (you'll need to make those travel arrangements on your own).
