Millions of Millennials and Gen Zs in Europe and around the world will not step foot into a church.
Steiger’s vision is to raise up a radical missionary movement that will transform the Global Youth Culture for Jesus.
In 2023, our Steiger Europe teams were active in 40 cities, reaching thousands of young people who would not walk into a church.
What do we do?
- We mobilize next generation leaders and influencers to impact secular culture
- We establish long-term city teams that reach and disciple the Global Youth Culture
- We train the church to reach secular culture
Our long-term local teams of dynamic young evangelists and disciplers have a unique approach combining relevant engagement with secular culture with bold and clear gospel proclamation, serving the local church by bridging the gap to secular culture.
What do we expect in 2024?
- Regular evangelistic actions in 50 cities
- 45,000 young people will hear the gospel in person
- 1000 attendances to Bible studies for the non-religious
- 10,000 believers will be trained to reach secular culture
- 2,500 young believers mobilized into evangelistic and discipleship actions

In 2024 we want to…
Over the past two years, 91 dynamic leaders in their 20s from Europe have attended the Steiger Missions School. We want to invest in some of these key leaders so they have what it takes to build a missionary movement over the next 5-10 years.
This will lead to ongoing innovation and strong long-term teams led by the next generation of missionaries, reaching and discipling thousands of secularized young people.
- €100 per month can help support one of our young leaders
- €1.500 provides a scholarship for a young European to attend the Steiger Missions School
- €7.000 will help train and support a young leader for one year
