International Board of Directors

The International Board of Directors is the external accountability body that supports the vision and mission of Steiger International with their time, talent, and treasure. They prayerfully provide input and approve the strategic direction as proposed by the ILT and ensure that Steiger maintains the highest standards in financial integrity and stays true to Steiger's mandate and core values.

Jake Chaya

Jake "the Snake" has accompanied No Longer Music on many tours since the 1980s. Jake is the co-founder with his wife Beth, of the White Dove Foundation. Jake and Beth mentor men and women seeking to develop their spiritual calling and overcome challenges in their personal lives. They live in Burnsville, USA, and have four children.

Jeff Gott

Jeff Gott, married to Darragh, is the Executive Vice President, Giving and Marketing at the Waterstone Foundation in Colorado Springs, USA. Previously, he was the COO of Generous Giving, a ministry with a vision to unleash a revolution of generosity in the hearts and minds of God's people. In his varied career, Jeff has been a marketing vice president at Thomas Nelson Publishers, an operations director for EMI music, a manager with the worldwide consulting firm now known as Accenture in Texas and England, and a missionary with Youth with a Mission in Holland and Russia. He also holds a M.B.A. in marketing from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. from Miami University, Ohio.

Bill Burgess

Bill and his wife Ann have been actively involved and supportive of Steiger in the Minneapolis area, and passionately believe in Steiger's vision and heart for reaching the lost youth around the world. In addition to serving on the board, Bill is president of a Twin Cities home building company. Bill and Ann live in the Twin Cities, USA, and have four children.

Keith Sparzak

Keith and his wife, Suzanne, served in four different churches over the course of 20 years - as an associate pastor, as a senior pastor, and as a global outreach (missions) pastor.

In 2007 he stepped away from his Global Outreach pastoral role at Mars Hill Bible Church in Grand Rapids, USA, to join the team at Cornerstone Trust in Grand Rapids (a private family foundation) where he oversees the organization’s Church Planting Sector. In his job, he has the privilege of meeting some of the most passionate and creative people in God’s Kingdom who are doing amazing work - at times in some of the world’s most challenging places.

Megan Doyle

Megan is the Co-founder of Hope for the City, a humanitarian aid organization that uses corporate surplus in society to help fight poverty, hunger, and disease. She is also a founding member of Nehemiah Partners, a ministry to train and equip business people to recognize and answer the call of God on their lives. Megan has been published as a contributing author in a book by Rich Marshall entitled God@Work. She has also published articles in leading Christian magazines and is a contributing author in the Thomas Nelson “Women’s Devotional Bible.” Megan and her husband Dennis have been married 30 years and are highly involved with the activities of their two sons, Devin and Nathan.

Mark Phillips

Mark and his wife Jacqueline are actively involved with Steiger in Minneapolis and have spent time traveling with the Band and at the school in Europe. They are passionate about Steiger’ s mission for unreached youth around the world and engaging Christian men and women’s unique talents to reach them. In addition to serving on the board, Mark is an executive at a health care company in the Twin Cities and resides in the Minneapolis area. They have three children.
